Most of the time, the automobile spring is affected by static pressure. If the use time is too long, plastic deformation will occur, the free length will be shortened, and the elastic force will be weakened. After the elasticity of the spring is weakened. The torque that the clutch can transmit will become smaller, and the power of the engine will not be fully exerted, resulting in the inability of the locomotive to work. When it is found that the elastic force of the clutch spring is weakened, it can be adjusted by adding a gasket of appropriate thickness in the recess of the part in contact with the spring. When adding gaskets, it should be noted that the free lengths of the springs on the same clutch assembly should be the same. If the spring cannot restore the original elastic force after adding the gasket, a new set of springs should be replaced. Under normal circumstances, when the spring is used for 2500~3000h, a 1~2mm thick gasket should be added to adjust the pressure; after 5000h of use, all springs need to be replaced.
