How to distinguish the direction of spring?

The application of springs is becoming more and more extensive, but many people simply need springs; many people should not know how to distinguish the direction of rotation of springs. How would you answer when someone asked you a question?

Let me tell you how to distinguish between left and right coil springs:

The left and right rotation of the spring is the same as that of the left and right hand screws. If it is a compression spring, the left and right rotations are the same, but the use is still dominated by the right-handed spring; but if it is a torsion spring, the left-handed and right-handed rotation is different, because the two Torque is the exact opposite.

1. See which side is higher after laying flat, which is the direction of rotation.

2. Cut along the axial centerline, facing the view, the left-hand side is left-handed, and the right-hand side is right-handed.
